Rancho Palos Verdes Restaurant Sold to Entrepreneurs
Seal Beach, CA (11/20/07) -- Southern California Business Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, on 28368 Western Ave., in Rancho Palos Verdes . Iqbal Zaidi of Torrance and Zahid Aziz, of Encino, acquired the restaurant from business partners Alex Friedland and Adolfo Daye. The transaction was handled by Alan Lippincott, President and Broker of Southern California Business Advisors.
