Seal Beach, CA (3/9/09) -- BestSoCal Business is pleased to announce the sale of The Crepe Lady, at 191 Park Avenue, Long Beach, CA. Suzanne Flores of Anaheim acquired the café from Shannah Holt. The transaction was handled by Alan Lippincott of BestSoCal Business, a business brokerage firm in Seal Beach, CA.

The Crepe Lady is a European-style café and creperie, serving authentic, French-style crepes, freshly-made sandwiches, salads and espresso. The café is open Tuesday thru Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
