BestSoCal Restaurants Annouces Sale of Spinello's Café and Deli
Long Beach Eatery Sold To Its Chef
SEAL BEACH, CA (2/19/08) – BestSoCal Restaurants brokered the sale of one of Long Beach’s favorite neighborhood cafes. Spinello’s - a café, pizzeria and deli was sold by brother’s in law Mike Aliotta and Ralph Spinello to brothers Jose and Santiago Escobar, the chef.
Established in 2003, Spinello’s has become a local favorite with its authentic Italian food plus delicious pasta dishes, pizza and deli sandwiches – all made with fresh high-quality ingredients. Spinello’s also offers catering and delivery, and sells imported Italian food products such as olive oil, sauces and pastas.
Alan Lippincott, President of BestSoCal Restaurants, which specializes in the sale of restaurants and other hospitality businesses, represented the owners and stated, “We could not have completed this sale without the exceptional efforts of the buyers and sellers.”
